Lidget Green Primant

We are really excited to be working with Lidget Green Primant School children next week to make planters for local people. We are delighted to get bespoke reclaimed timber planters from The Responsible Timber Co in Keighley and planters nurtured at NEET in Shipley. There is still time to nominate a neighbour or friend that you think would benefit from a planter-maybe they are going through a period of poor health, had a bereavement or just need cheering up.
The students of the first level 1 health and social care courses are nearly finishing and they have really enjoyed the course one student said”It’s interesting and been bit tough but I’m enjoying it”.
We are really looking forward to working with Shipley College again in September and if you are interested in gaining a level 1 qualification in Caring for Children or Health Social Care you will be able to sign up soon please watch our Facebook page.
