3.30pm – 5.30pm – 5-12 years of age
Every Monday kids aged 5-12 can join us for an afternoon of fun with Big Swing Adventure Play.

Wellbeing Session
10.30 – 12.30
Session led by group to promote health and wellbeing – activities to be guided by group, currently enjoying a walk every Monday.

Men’s Group
1.30 – 3.30pm
In the afternoon we will provide an opportunity for men to come together, read the paper, play pool, watch a movie and plan further activities.

Wellbeing session

Come together and talk about health and wellbeing issues that you are worried about. Take part in a new activity and learn something new.
Think about connecting with others and being mindful and giving back.

10.30am – 1.30pm – Over 55s only
Come and improve your mobility and enjoy a homecooked 2 course meal.
£1.50 for exercise

6pm-8pm – 11-19 years old.
Enjoy pool, PS4 games and spending time with your friends in a safe environment
Men’s Exercise Session
3 – 4pm
Free men’s exercise session.
The tutor runs bespoke sessions and can meet the needs of all men including those who may have health issues.
Come along and have a go!
There is a Whatsapp group as sometimes the sessions are held at different venues

We are part of the FoodSavers Network, this offers low cost food and household products for members of the FoodSavers netwrok.
Every week you can get 10 items for £7, and £1 of the £7 is put into your credit union account.
You need to complete a membership form and provide ID to join the network.
You will be given monthly appointment times that will vary on a weekly basis to ensure fairness as levels of available stock vary.
